Benessere<\/strong> is a beauty and wellness institute that opened its doors in late 2010 in the heart of Aigio, Achaia. It is based on a holistic approach combined with modern medical aesthetics, tailored to the needs of each individual client.<\/p>\n

From precise eyebrow shaping and skin condition treatments such as acne and photoaging to perfectly polished toenails, our clients leave with a sense of beauty from the inside out.<\/p>\n

After all, the literal translation of our name from Italian is “I am well” (bene + essere)<\/strong>.<\/p>\n

It is a beautiful, harmonious space where each room has its own personality and purpose.<\/p>\n

Beyond results, our goal is relaxation, comfort, and care.<\/p>\n<\/div>

In 2010, she established her own beauty institute with the goal of providing a holistic approach and high-level services, with respect for the client, safety, and hygiene regulations.<\/p>\n

Nadia is a member of the Union of Certified Aestheticians of the Peloponnese.<\/p>\n

She has completed a two-year training in reflexology (NHS School – nhs.gr).<\/p>\n

She has undergone comprehensive training in acupuncture based on meridians and Traditional Chinese Medicine (OM Centre School – omcentre.gr).<\/p>\n

Additionally, she has attended numerous training seminars on specialized facial treatments, cosmetic acupuncture, microblading expertise, eyelash extensions, and more.<\/p>\n

Every year, she participates in international training programs to advance and refine aesthetic treatments.<\/p>\n<\/div>

The person responsible for the operation of the Benessere Institute is the aesthetician Nadia Polydoropoulou.<\/div><\/header>
<\/div>

Nadia was born and raised in Aigio.<\/p>\n

In 2007, she graduated from the School of Aesthetics and Cosmetology at the Athens University of Applied Sciences (ATEI Athens).<\/p>\n

Along with her studies at ATEI, she graduated from private schools specializing in nail care, alternative therapies such as lymphatic drainage, Rejuvance, Hot Stone, and Hippocratic massage.<\/p>\n

In 2004, she volunteered at the Athens Olympic Games during the opening and closing ceremonies, working on makeup.<\/p>\n

From 2005 to 2009, she worked at major aesthetic institutes in Athens.<\/p>\n

In 2009, she attended the specialized makeup school “Make Up Designory New York” (https:\/\/mud.edu\/locations\/new-york\/<\/a>) in New York, specializing in natural beauty makeup.<\/p>\n

After returning to Aigio, she taught Aesthetics at the public I.E.K. (Vocational Training Institute) of Aigio.<\/p>\n<\/div>
